All our programs are designed specifically around the needs and abilities of each individual. After an initial consultation to out line your goals and assess your fitness levels, a plan is designed that suits character and specific needs of each client. Programmes are monitored and progressed to maximise the benefits of your capabilities. Sessions are 60min in duration.
Please note that a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given on all cancellations to ensure refund.
